2. Purchase and Delivery

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Upon successful payment you will receive a download link by email, typically within 60 seconds.

3. Licence and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read, and print one copy for private use. You may not share, distribute, resell, republish, or create derivative commercial works from the content.

4. Disclaimer

Laws and regulations in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia change regularly. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate but make no warranties as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. 5. Refunds

Because the Guide is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery — you paid but never received a working download link and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
  • Technical failure — the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.
